When you work with me in the Slim on Starch program, I personally pair you with a nutrition coach and a mindset coach. The four of us (you, me, your nutrition coach, and your mindset coach) will work very closely together over the eight weeks.

I am  a Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner with a Masters in Psychology.  I specialize in helping people to unlearn old messaging from childhood, reframe their mindset, and get to the root of automatic negative patterns so that you can reach your goals in a positive and healthy way. I work holistically to align your mind, body, and soul.

Hi! I’m Kiki. I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and certifications as an Integrative Nutrition Coach, Addiction Professional, and Yoga Instructor. For over two decades, I have counseled and coached clients through a true mind-body-spirit approach; I honor the principle that it’s not what’s ‘out there,’ it’s what’s ‘in here,’ the here being YOU! I am keen on working with your unique personality and wishes in order for you to achieve optimal health and, most importantly, to enjoy the stellar process of self-discovery. I live in Boca Raton, FL with primary foods that include my wife, three Sphynx cats, and working list of ideas for my next stand-up comedy routine.

Hi! I I’m Rachel. I am Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. I am a former client of Emmie's and have been following a plant based diet for about four years. I work part-time at a children’s hospital helping families manage type 1 and type 2 diabetes. I am married to Nick. We have twin girls, Ava and Ella and a puppy named Zoey. We live in Cincinnati, Ohio and the girls keep us busy with school events, swim meets and volleyball games. We also enjoy hanging out with friends/family, playing board games and exercising. I am excited to join you on this Whole Foods plant based journey!
